    Booty Blast Workout ( 1 Month)

    Looking to grow your glutes and strengthen your legs, then this is the package for you, i know there is a theory where people don't like using weights as they thing they will get big, but its about toning in the right places and being consistent, this workout is designed to help you grow that booty and help you build that confidence of using the equipment in the gym. £80

    At Home workouts 2 per week ( 1 Month)

    Can't get to the gym, struggle with work load or childcare, don't you worry then we have got you, a great variety of all over body workouts ,with bodyweight and weights, a combination of strength training, no matter whether you are a beginner or advanced we can adapt the training to your needs. £80

    FND (Functional Neurology Disorder) Strength

    Functional Neurological disorder effects people in many ways, whilst exercise can improve symptoms, it's important to be mindful to start slow when working with your body, increasing the intensity over time, working on strength training can help rebuild physical functions and stamina, using exercise methods to help with the brains balance and ability to help with connections that effect certain areas of the body, if there is anyone who struggles with FND then we can help with at home workouts.

    At Home mobility training- 1 month

    Mobility at home exercises can help, if your unable to leave the house and you have a carer or a family member that can help with your mobility, working on flexibility along with balancing exercises, sitting and strength exercises lot of moves are body weight with the help of restoring the range of motion, even if you can't leave your bed or chair we want to help you. £80

    Nutrition 1 Month ONLY

    This 1 month Nutrition plan is made to you, your macros so your carbs, fats and proteins, helping you keep on track and engage in healthy eating to focus on picking better choices, what you should eat in the day, this is especially good if your looking for a kick start in your diet. £55

    If you are looking for gym guidance through a ready made plan every month along with a nutrition plan, then this is the one for you. £120

    If you are training with your daughter and abit unsure where to start we can certainly put a plan together for you, whether your looking to get fit, lose weight, be competitive or just get healthy then this is the plan for you. £120

    All over Body gym session - Minimum 6 Months

    If you are looking for guidance in the gym without an instructor, but different plans each month, then this is the plan for you, we will plan the sessions around your goals. £60

    Meno Minds (1 Month)

    This menopause workout is designed to address specific physical and mental changes women experience in peri- menopause and during menopause, bone health and mood regulation with helping weight changes and improving sleep patterns, this plan focuses on your strength training which will help with bone health which will also help with maintaining a healthy weight, along with helping release those happy endorphins which will help mood and help combat depression and anxiety. £80

    Mummy & Me Post-Natal Workout

    This Mummy & me post-natal workout is about being kind to yourself and gently exercising after giving birth, your body goes through so many changes, once you have been given the go ahead after your 6 week check taking it lightly with a low impact workout, we can design a workout in the gym or at home so you don't have to leave your baby too. £80
