Meet Kat
Kat is the founder and driving force behind the business, creating a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for women to prioritize their health, confidence, and inner wealth.
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, Kat specializes in strength and conditioning, menopause support, and adaptive training. She has worked with hundreds of women, supporting them at every stage of life and ability, with a strong focus on breaking down barriers and challenging stigmas around accessibility.
Kat’s mission is simple yet powerful to change as many lives as possible through health and wealth, while building a supportive community of women who uplift, encourage, and inspire one another.
Alongside running the gym, Kat is currently in her final year of university, studying Forensics and Law, reflecting her dedication to growth both personally and professionally.
Outside of work, Kat is rarely still. You’ll find her training in the gym, hiking, travelling, and always planning her next move. If you have any questions, Kat is always happy to help be sure to say hello when you see her. <3

SHIRL is a qualified level 3 advanced instructor and been in the fitness industry for over 25 years.
An amazing instructor who brings energy and good vibes to the gym!
Shirl teaches Spin, Step&Tone, Core&More, Total Tone and BoxAcise classes.
Has always been a sporty girl and completed the London marathon, 3 Peaks, Tough Mudder, Born Survivor and many other fitness events.
In her spare time, Shirl loves listening to music with a glass of fizz and a good laugh.

Everyone meet jan, Janet has been a group exercise instructor in the fitness Industry for over 20 years and has been a part of the ATI team for 18 months, she is a halo Ford in level 2 in group training enabling her to teach a variety of classes, jan has qualifications in Pilates , Zumba dance and boxing, Jan likes to make her classes fun and energetic , jan loves the outdoors cooking, traveling and cycling. 💜

Hi my names Grace, I started at Aspire as work experience, I now work here as an apprentice and i am working on my level 2 and level 3, I currently take classes each week and absolutely love it, I’m a keen gymnast and I have just finished all my exams ready to start sixth form in September, please come and say hi 💜

I'm here to help people feel stronger, healthier, happier and more confident versions of themselves.

Hi, my name is Imogen. I've been instructing for many years on and off. I'm excited to be joining a team of amazing ladies, in the staff and participants. I'll be offering Mat Pilates and Toning classes to begin with. My passions lie in regaining postnatal strength and ageing with strength and mobility. Looking forward to what I can do to help you be healthy and happy.

Hi, I’m Rach – 32, dance-lover, mum of two, and fitness enthusiast!
My love for movement began early – I’ve been dancing since I was just 3 years old. That passion led me to dance college, where I gained my DDI in modern dance and became a professional dancer. I had the amazing opportunity to perform on cruise ships, traveling across China, Japan, and Hong Kong – it was an experience I’ll never forget!
After returning home, I taught alongside my sister in her baby ballet business, sharing the joy of dance with little ones. Then came a beautiful new chapter: becoming a mum to my two lovely daughters, Evie and Darcey. Like many mums, my priorities shifted, and I wasn’t quite sure where I wanted to go career-wise – dance had always been my go-to.
To reconnect with that spark, I got my Zumba qualification and started running my own classes – and I fell in love with teaching all over again. Now, I’m also working as a Teaching Assistant (which I absolutely adore), and I’m looking to grow even more by teaching a variety of fitness classes alongside my current dance fitness sessions.
For me, fitness has always been about more than just movement – it’s about confidence, joy, and feeling good in your own skin. I can’t wait to continue this journey and help others feel the same!
