After the beautiful success of our Wellness Day in January, we’re honored to offer these nourishing days once a month on a Sunday, starting April 2026 with a Brand NEW location
Our Wellness Days are intentionally designed to support your health, balance, and inner wealth. Each day includes meditation, yoga, mindfulness, Pilates, and a gentle walk creating space to slow down, restore energy, and reconnect with yourself.
In a world that often keeps us constantly busy and outwardly focused, this is an invitation to pause. To invest in your wellbeing, cultivate clarity, and prioritise the kind of wealth that begins within — your health, peace, and presence.
